Join the POGCS Family

At Power of Grace Care Services (POGCS), we believe that care is more than a service. Joining POGCS means becoming part of a family — one that laughs together, learns together, and supports each other through challenges. Our culture is built on cooperation, multicultural respect, and the belief that everyone has a role in building a more inclusive community.

Why POGCS

  • Impact, not busywork. Admin-light workflows so practitioners and support staff can focus on people, not paperwork.
  • Genuinely multicultural. Teammates from different backgrounds; we celebrate language, culture, and different ways of thinking.
  • Team learning culture. Regular supervision/mentoring (clinical & operations), cross-team huddles, and a Professional Development allowance.
  • Flexible delivery. Community, clinic, home, telehealth and hybrid roles.
