The Role

We are looking for a physically fit, safety-conscious Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our Auckland-based team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be delivering high-quality water-blasting and building wash services across a variety of commercial, rural, and residential sites.

You’ll be working outdoors in diverse locations, ensuring every job is completed to a high standard, on time, and with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-pressure and soft-wash exterior cleaning for commercial, rural, and residential properties, including buildings, gutters, roofs, driveways, decks, and fences.

Operate high-performance, eco-efficient equipment in line with ECIA and Jani-King standards.

Ensure safe, clean, and visually impressive results, with attention to surface type, slip hazards, and environmental considerations.

Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates before, during, and after job completion.

Follow strict health and safety protocols, including OSH and Working at Heights guidelines.

Requirements

Previous experience in building wash and/or water-blasting work.

Based in Auckland and able to travel to various job sites.

Physically fit, injury-free, and comfortable working at heights.

Full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence.

Clean Ministry of Justice record.

Legally entitled to work in New Zealand (citizen or permanent resident).

Reliable, well-presented, and customer-focused.

Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed.

Mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining equipment.

Ability to securely park a company truck or van at your residence overnight.
