About the Role
You’ll begin as an Associate and the plan is to develop you towards a Consultant level within the first two years. Your duties within the first 6-12 months will mainly include:
- Initiating the hiring process by participating and documenting job briefs with clients to deeply understand the position details
- Developing tailored sourcing strategies and writing engaging job ads that speak directly to the target candidate audience
- Reviewing and shortlisting candidate applications that demonstrate high performer potential, conducting phone interviews, coordinating psychometric testing and conducting reference checks
- Updating candidates and keeping them informed of the progress of their application
- Coordinating with hiring managers and providing them with regular updates on the progress of their role
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this opportunity you must be able to tick the list below:
- Experience in customer service
- Experience or knowledge in the impact of hiring the right people – this could be through your own observations or experiences and/or through tertiary study.
