Successful candidates will have:

A valid Construction White Card, or be willing to obtain one.
A current driver’s licence and reliable transport, or be working towards achieving this.
Completion of a Pre-Apprenticeship in Building and Construction (desirable but not essential).
The ability to meet all pre-employment assessments and medical requirements.
A strong commitment to the trade and a willingness to learn.
A sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
