Hampshire Property Group is a family-owned Australian company with a growing national and international portfolio of over 50s lifestyle villages, holiday parks, and mixed-use caravan parks. Since launching one of Australia’s first land lease communities in 2006, we’ve expanded to more than 20 lifestyle villages across NSW, VIC, SA and WA.
In 2017, we entered the tourism sector and established Hampshire Holiday Parks in 2021. Today, we operate parks across Australia and New Zealand, offering exceptional experiences in outstanding locations.
