Our ethos is simple; to design and create stylish and imaginative buildings in which form and function work together in perfect partnership.
With over 30 years of experience under our founder David Hillam, the studio has delivered more than one hundred built projects across Perth and Western Australia, ranging from award-winning luxury homes, Australia’s first Build To Rent (BTR) project, and pioneered the introduction and adoption of Perth’s luxury apartment market. When you are working at Hillam, you will get to see your projects become reality.
We aim to produce spaces that inspire, elevate and exceed the lifestyle expectations of the people who interact with them.
Directly responsive to the needs of the client, the parameters of the site and climate, our projects reinforce the role of architecture in creating a sustainable future.
In addition to award-winning design, our projects include:
We give our clients expert advice, excellent design, and work to get their projects built.
