Our office in Windsor is modern, fun and set up for both collaboration and quiet time. Our offices are dog friendly and close to some of the best that Windsor has to offer; cafes, public transport, cinemas and importantly great bars and restaurants.

Hatchlings get 5 paid wellbeing days per year and 2 days paid for volunteering*. We offer flexibility, so you can work from anywhere, but we love to see you in the office for 3 days each week and every Tuesday for our all staff catch up.

Every Thursday before payday, lunch is on us! We all take a break to have lunch together in the office, then follow lunch with Good Thursday, Great Talks, where a few Hatchlings take to the microphone with a mini-talk on any topic they like. We’ve had talks on everything from how to make a hot-pot to brat culture.

Media Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

Craft (Implementation)

Accountable for the implementation of your client’s campaigns ensuring it is in consideration of key performance criteria including deadlines, budgets, and media KPI’s.

Assist the team in preparation of media recommendations for clients –eg running data, sourcing images, adhoc research –eg supermarket visits, store visits

Assisting the team in buying and implementing media for client campaigns across TV, print, radio, digital, out of home and cinema

Assisting the media executive/ manager to ensure booking confirmations for all media are sourced and checked in time.

Daily monitoring of campaigns in Spectra

Pull post reporting for the exec/manager to support them in chasing under deliveries and optimisations.

Monitoring campaign performance across all media

Manage digital ad operations and trafficking.

Compile reporting using media systems; Spectra, AQX, ETAM, ERAM, Nielsen, etc

Develop a good knowledge of the AU media landscape across traditional and digital channels and ensure you proactively stay up to date by attending publisher presentations

Client service & management

Be a key contact to the client for any campaign implementation and finance administration related tasks.

Maintain relationships with client’ creative agency and manage the communication on material instructions and deadlines.

Maintain strong relationships with publishers, ensuring that our campaigns are implemented and delivered on time and to the highest quality

Commercials

All media activity to be loaded accurately into Spectra monthly.

Responsible for end of month check to cross check schedules with media plans to ensure everything is matched and aligned.

Confirm end of month completion with manager/exec

Checking monthly proformas.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills

Experience in the media industry is a plus but not a requirement

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in media planning and buying
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure media assets are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
Manage relationships with media partners and negotiate rates and placements
Provide regular reporting on media performance and ROI

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
2+ years of experience in media planning and buying
Strong understanding of media planning and buying across all channels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and media planning software
