As a Medical Receptionist, you will be a key member of our administration team, responsible for providing efficient and streamlined services for our patients and consultant surgeons. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding front-line support and contributing to the overall smooth running of our busy, patient-centered practice.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly

- Verify patient information and insurance details

- Process billing information accurately

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is required

- High school diploma or equivalent education is required; additional qualifications in healthcare administration are preferred

- Familiarity with medical software systems such as Practice Fusion or eClinicalWorks is an asset
