El Jannah’s Shift Leaders are responsible for bringing the hype and fun during trade periods. They motivate, engage and prompt our legendary team members to keep operating the EJ Way – upholding the highest food safety standards and above and beyond guest service. Their leadership qualities allow them to proactively look for ways to up-skill our team members and improve overall guest experience.

Assistant Restaurant Manager
The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the team and daily restaurant operations. They lead the team to stay one step ahead during busy trade periods, so that our guests always receive their orders fresh and on time… and no one gets hangry – phew! They proactively look for ways to improve our financial and inventory efficiencies, working alongside the Restaurant Manager to meet and exceed KPI targets.

Working alongside the Franchise Partner, they are exceptional team leaders, responsible for the overall running of efficient daily operations and compliance in our restaurants.
