As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact at the front desk, creating warm welcomes, smooth departures, and memorable stays for our guests.

The position is full-time, working 32 hours a week: shifts are either 6:30am–3:00pm, 9:30am–6:00pm, or 1:00pm–9:30pm, with 10:00pm being the latest finish. Working Weekends & Public Holidays are required.

There are opportunities to cross-train in other departments, working alongside like-minded professionals in a supportive team environment.
