Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all departments are working efficiently and effectively to meet the company's goals and objectives. The Operations Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase profitability.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the organization

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of all departments, including production, logistics, and customer service

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the organization is meeting its financial targets

- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase profitability

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

- Manage a team of employees by providing coaching/mentoring to ensure high performance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management or related field

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role

- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate team members

- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

-Solid communication & interpersonal skills

-Knowledge of budgeting/forecasting/financial analysis techniques

-Familiarity with relevant regulations & standards
