The opportunity:

Citro is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of our partner campaigns and affiliate program. This is a critical growth role reporting to the Head of Growth, ideal for someone who can connect the dots between commercial thinking, creative campaign execution, and high-performing partnerships.

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you’ll be responsible for developing and pitching co-branded campaign ideas, managing internal delivery across teams, and building long-term relationships with strategic partners. Your work will directly influence Citro’s customer acquisition, brand presence, and commercial growth..

Key responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

Develop and pitch campaign concepts tailored to partner goals and audience insights
Own end-to-end campaign delivery—from planning through to post-campaign review
Coordinate across internal teams (content, product, design, legal) to bring campaigns to life
Review and refine creative to ensure assets are on-brand and aligned with partner expectations
Monitor timelines, flag risks, and solve issues quickly to maintain momentum

2. Affiliate & Partner Relationship Management

Manage and nurture affiliate and brand partner relationships to drive ongoing growth
Lead onboarding and activation of new partners into the Citro ecosystem
Provide regular performance updates and campaign insights to partners
Collaborate with the Head of Growth to identify new high-potential partners and campaign opportunities

3. Reporting & Optimisation

Track and analyse campaign results, delivering actionable performance insights
Use data to iterate and improve campaign performance and partner impact
Maintain shared campaign trackers and partner-facing dashboards

4. Internal Collaboration & Operations

Work closely with content, marketing, product, data, legal, and operations teams
Support review of commercial and legal terms, escalating as needed to legal advisors
Champion campaign quality and partner experience at every step

Essential skills and/or experience:

A robust portfolio of successful member acquisition campaigns utilising Facebook and Google ads.
Skilled in crafting straightforward yet impactful creatives for email campaigns and advertising efforts.
A deep understanding of customer segmentation and the creation of personalized marketing initiatives.
Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing, and demonstrated ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
Strong ability in developing, acquiring, and managing brand partnerships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to guide marketing and partnership strategies.

Desirable skills and/or experience (not essential):

Proficiency in mobile app marketing tactics, such as crafting compelling push notifications and engaging in-app messages.
Proven capacity to excel in agile, fast-paced environments.
Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, ensuring marketing efforts are perfectly aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Experience setting up and managing campaigns in Braze or an equivalent customer engagement platform

Essential Skills and Experience

4–6+ years in affiliate marketing, growth marketing, or partnerships
Proven success in delivering co-marketing campaigns and affiliate initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Experience using data and analytics to guide decisions and report outcomes
Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced, startup-style environments
Confident reviewing contracts and commercial agreements with legal support when needed
