**Role: Duty Manager**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the smooth operation of daily hotel activities, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

- Manage and lead a team of dedicated staff, providing guidance, training, and support.

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.

- Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to pokies, Keno, and TAB operations.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and efficient functioning of the hotel.

- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff, adhering to health and safety protocols.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

- Proven experience and proficiency in managing pokies, Keno, and TAB operations.

- Hold a current RMLV certificate, RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), and RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele.

- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required.
