Life at Aspire Hub

The unique thing about us is that we’re not like other NDIS or Child Safety providers – we’re always looking for more ways to achieve the best results for our Participants and Young People

Our core values are at the heart of everything we do and with a dedicated team of Lifestyle Assistants, Youth Workers and House Leaders directly supporting our Participants and Young People to live their best life and achieve their goals.

"This work isn't easy. But it's needed- and it matters."

Meet Shauna – House Leader – Child Safety

I chose to work in the child safety industry because every child deserves to feel safe, cared for, and supported — especially those living in residential placements. My role goes beyond day-to-day supervision. It’s about creating a stable environment where young people can begin to feel secure, build trust, and grow.

I’m responsible for overseeing the care and wellbeing of the children in our placements while also guiding and supporting our youth worker team. I focus on maintaining routines, setting boundaries, and making sure each young person feels respected and listened to. It’s the small, consistent efforts that create the biggest impact over time.

The work can be challenging, but it’s also deeply meaningful. Seeing a young person gain confidence or simply settle into a calm routine is a reminder of why this role matters.

I chose Aspire Hub because of its commitment to high standards, strong values, and genuine support for both staff and young people. It’s a place that recognises the importance of getting the basics right — building strong teams, and ensuring each child feels safe, stable, and valued.

Every day brings new challenges, but also new opportunities — to make a difference, to show up, and to help shape brighter futures for the children in our care.
