As part of a large global pump manufacturing organization, with workshops in Merseyside and North Wales, we are an established engineering business. Due to continued growth and business expansion, we are seeking pump / electro-mechanical fitters to join our team on a permanent basis. Arfon Engineering, a part of the Wilo Group, specializes in pump/rotating equipment maintenance and repair. Our highly skilled team of repair and service engineers supply, install, and maintain clients’ pumps and pumping equipment primarily in the North-west and North Wales, with services extending across the UK. We are a well-respected and established business, known for our quality and support within the industry. We have long-term partnerships with customers such as the NHS, Police, local authorities, water utilities, food, pharmaceutical, and many other industrial and commercial customers that require ongoing support. We are looking for time-served individuals with sound electrical and mechanical backgrounds in installation, repair, maintenance, servicing, and problem solving, preferably with a good understanding of mechanically and electrically driven pumps and control systems. It would also be advantageous if you have the skill set to rewind and repair industrial electric motors (armature winders). However, if you do not have electrical experience or motor rewind experience, we have similar opportunities for mechanical fitters and pump engineers.
