Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician/Electrician to join our team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of pump systems, including booster pumps, hydraulic pumps, under-sink units, wastewater systems, sewage and stormwater pumps, and fire pump systems.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and experienced working in industrial environments, including grease pits, wastewater systems, and confined spaces.

Responsibilities:

Travel to client sites to provide technical support and maintenance services
Install, service, and repair a wide range of pump systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults, including leaks, blockages, and electrical or mechanical issues.
Provide training and support to end-users on equipment operation and maintenance
Ensure all systems meet operational efficiency, compliance, and safety standards.
Accurately complete service reports, checklists, and related documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services

Qualifications:

A current A Grade Electrician License (Highly Desirable)
Technical degree or certification in a related field
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
Police Check and Working With Children Check (WCC)
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
