Job Responsibilities:

As a Factory Hand/Labourer, you will be an integral part of our production process. Your main responsibilities will include:

Operating machinery and equipment efficiently to meet production targets.
Assisting in the assembly and packaging of goods.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe and productive workspace.
Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physical fitness to handle manual labour and lift heavy objects if needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Driver's license
