Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. The Centre Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that arise
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Maintain a safe and efficient environment by enforcing policies and procedures
Manage inventory and supplies, and ensure that equipment is properly maintained
Prepare and manage budgets, and report on financial performance
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
