About Us
4K Automotive, previously known as Clintons Motor Group, have been serving the Macarthur and Canterbury-Bankstown communities since 1945, providing automotive goods and services. The company’s vision has always been to be the most innovative and guest centric family-owned business in Australia, have a strong team culture, and treat everyone with fairness and respect.
4K Automotive’s story began in 1945 when the three Clinton brothers: Jack, William and Barry founded Clintons Motors, signing a contract with General Motors to sell vehicles in the Macarthur region.
In 1984, Clintons partnered with Toyota, expanding to multiple dealerships across Narellan, Camden, Picton, Campbelltown and Lakemba. Mario Kordovolos joined the business in 1987 and, in 2007, became Dealer Principal, with the Kordovolos family taking full ownership.
Over the years, the group has grown steadily through relocation, expansion and acquisitions. Key milestones include: the establishment of Lexus of Macarthur, Macarthur BMW, Macarthur BMW Motorrad, Macarthur Prestige Bodyshop, and South Coast BMW in Wollongong. In 2019, Noble Toyota and Noble Volkswagen were added to the group, followed by the establishment of 4KRV in 2021.
Most recently, the group acquired Phil Gilbert Motor Group in 2024 and South Coast BMW & South Coast BMW Motorrad relocated to a brand new state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility in Wollongong.
Today, rebranded as 4K Automotive, the group continues to grow, innovate and deliver a diverse range of automotive and recreational products and services across South West Sydney, Inner West Sydney, and Wollongong.
