At VG Group Pty Ltd, we operate two market leading brands:

DTE Equipment – helping vegetation management contractors and orchardists work smarter.

Vortec Global – enabling civil contractors and government bodies to take control of their environmental responsibilities.

Position Details

This position is responsible for coordinating the marketing function of both brands. It is designed for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is driven to deeply understand our customers, deliver exceptional marketing campaigns and manage administrative duties efficiently.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: General Manager

Works closely with: Sales Team, Design Team, and Leadership Team

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver marketing & lead generation campaigns.

Manage the marketing calendar, scheduling, and internal communications.

Maintain the contact database and deliver targeted campaigns by online, social, email, SMS, and phone.

Prepare and publish approved digital content.

Manage and update company websites.

Coordinate subcontractors and design resources.

Support budget tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.

Proofread content and support quality assurance tasks.

Maintain and update marketing tools, sales assets, and templates.

Create visual assets using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.

Act as the follow-up manager to ensure timely delivery of marketing tasks.

Key Performance Indicators

Delivery of the right quality and quantity of leads aligned with sales objectives.

CRM data is accurate, current, and clean.

Marketing calendar and event logistics are managed effectively.

Marketing campaigns delivered on time and to standard.

Accurate, insightful marketing reports produced

What We’re Looking For

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, and CRM systems (preferred).

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
