What You’ll Be Doing

Leading your room like a rockstar—educational programming, reflections, team mentoring and more.

Building warm, genuine relationships with children and families (and celebrating every milestone along the way).

Bringing curriculum to life using EYLF, NQS, and your unique spark.

Championing safe, inclusive, joy-filled learning spaces.

Mentoring your team with kindness, support, and a collaborative spirit.

Helping us raise the bar with our Quality Improvement Plan and shared learning goals.

What You’ll Bring

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood (ACEQCA approved)

Previous experience in leading a room and a small team of educators

A deep love of children and play-based learning

Confidence with EYLF, NQS, and the Education and Care Regulations

WWCC, First Aid/CPR

A heart for team culture, family partnerships, and continuous learning
