About the role:

Our Tauranga branch is the Cornerstone of Road Safe, it is also the largest and most dynamic. We a looking for an experienced people leader to take the reins and lead the Tauranga team to success. Reporting to the General Manager, the Tauranga Operations Manager is responsible for managing all operational aspects for the Tauranga Region. You will be safety-obsessed, provide exceptional leadership through role modeling Road Safe’s core values, drive the Road Safe culture and the Road Safe way, as well as having demonstrable experience managing and exceeding client expectations.

About you:

Experience in TTM is ideal, however similar civil industries would be considered,

Superb relationship management skills,

Great organisation and planning skills,

Be able to handle multiple demands on your time and conflicting priorities,

Be available to work Monday to Sunday (this is not a Monday – Friday role),

High level of accuracy and attention to detail,

Strong problem-solving skills,

A continuous learning mindset and a positive ‘can do’ approach to challenges,

Understanding of Health & Safety requirements and COPTTM.
