Are you ready to be the welcoming smile that greets our customers and helps them find the right gear for their next ride? As a Bike Retail Assistant, your mission is to ensure every customer has an awesome experience from the moment they walk through the door. Whether they’re looking for a new bike, some essential riding gear or just a bit of advice, you’ll be there to provide friendly service and help them find what they need.

Your role will involve:

• Greeting customers and providing a friendly, welcoming experience
• Providing product knowledge and recommendations across bikes, clothing and accessories
• Assisting customers with purchases, price enquiries and special orders
• Helping customers find the right gear for their riding needs
• Restocking and merchandising the store
• Keeping the shop floor looking clean, organised and inviting
• Assisting with bike rentals and general day-to-day store duties when required

What we’re looking for in you:

• A passion for all things outdoor
• Have proven retail experience, ideally in clothing/bike/outdoor industries
• Be enthusiastic, friendly and have a love for the outdoors
