About Rotorua Blue Lake Top 10 Holiday Park

Rotorua’s only TOP 10 Holiday Park located on the stunning Blue Lake is a premier, family-friendly holiday resort perfectly positioned directly opposite the vibrant, clear turquoise waters of Lake Tikitapu (Blue Lake). Tucked into a serene native bush setting, the park offers an ideal escape for outdoor enthusiasts, sitting just a short drive from Rotorua’s geothermal wonders and right on the doorstep of the world-famous Whakarewarewa Redwood Forest mountain biking trails.

About the Role

These are hands-on fixed-term positions supporting the day-to-day operation of the park during our peak summer period. Team members may assist across a variety of areas including grounds, maintenance, housekeeping, guest services, cleaning, and general park operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the daily operation of the holiday park
• Assisting with grounds care and presentation of the property
• Cleaning and preparing guest accommodation and facilities
• Providing friendly and helpful customer service to guests
• Completing general maintenance and upkeep tasks
• Working collaboratively with the wider park team
• Helping ensure the park remains clean, safe, and welcoming throughout the busy summer season

What We’re Looking for

You’ll bring:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Great customer service skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and flexibility to work a roster that includes weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, grounds maintenance, housekeeping, cleaning, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
• Availability to commit to the full 12-week summer period
