- Deliver agreed new-business revenue, incremental gross profit and customer acquisition targets.
- Promote hydraulic hose and fittings, industrial and specialist hose, fluid transfer, adaptors, stainless steel fittings, mobile on-site service and associated technical solutions.
- Build a qualified sales pipeline, maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasts and market intelligence.
- Work with branch, operations, technical and supply chain teams to develop commercially sound proposals and deliver on customer commitments.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven success winning new business and delivering profitable growth in industrial, engineering, mechanical, OEM or related technical B2B markets.
- Hydraulic, fluid power, hose and fittings or industrial-service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to protect margin while winning business.
- Confident engaging with business owners, procurement professionals, engineers and operational decision-makers.
- Able to manage a territory independently, develop qualified opportunities and use CRM and Microsoft Office effectively.
- Collaborative, proactive and accountable for results, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A current New Zealand driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Auckland and nationally when required.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- Competitive salary and performance-based incentive opportunity.
- Company vehicle provided.
- The opportunity to own business growth across a major New Zealand market.
- Support from an established New Zealand business and global manufacturing group.
- Access to employee discount programmes, subject to applicable company arrangements.
- Paid birthday leave, subject to company policy.
- Supportive, collaborative team environment.
- Product and technical training, with career development opportunities.
