He angitūtanga… the opportunity

As a Programme Lead you will lead the delivery of programmes for young people/children. This role focuses on the delivery of a wide variety of youth programmes run out of our youth hub, in schools and the community, including Outdoors/EOTC programmes, youth mentoring... and much more! This exciting role also supports the delivery of our After school & holiday programmes. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), the ability to be flexible in your working hours is essential, as some weekend and evening work may be required.

He kōrero mōu… About you

You will have exceptional teamwork and communication skills as well as proven ability in developing and implementing programmes for young people/children. You will have a track record of building great relationships within the local area, experience in staff coordination and managing teams, a strong attention to detail and the ability to switch between administration and programme delivery with ease! Of course, the ability to build rapport quickly with young people is essential in this role.

This role requires you to hold a full, clean New Zealand driver's licence and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience (This experience may also be driving experience gained on your Restricted driver's licence)
