About our Company
Established in 2017, DQA is an Australian-owned service delivery partner, specialising in solving complex business and technical challenges across public and private sectors. Through our managed Microsoft and Netskope partnerships, we deliver groundbreaking programs across Government, Defence, intelligence and critical infrastructure. We focus on business enhancement and enablement, helping organisations to successfully optimise technology and improve the critical systems Australians rely on. The majority of our professional services delivery is in the Microsoft cloud space including Modern Workplace, Security, Azure and increasingly Dynamics clouds – taking a business-centric perspective on integrated solutions to complex problems.

Our 6 weeks annual leave
4 weeks leave is not enough? Your leave and time off matters, hence all permanent employee of DQA get an additional 2 weeks leave.
Our training and education plan
We have a Training and Education plan to support your career growth. We offer a wide range of training options, including leadership development, coaching, presentation skills, business development, and consulting.
As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we also provide access to Microsoft Certified training, with reimbursement for up to two exam attempts upon successful completion.
Our Veteran Program
To support our growing team of Australia’s Defence Reserves who make a vital contribution to the defence and security of Australia, and to Australia’s contribution to the global community as a good world citizen, we are developing a Defence Reserve Leave Policy. We are currently working with the Defence Reserves Support Team to finalise this policy and have done everything we can to exceed the minimum legislated requirements to support our former and current serving team members.
