What we look for from you?

Excellent Team work skills and professionalism

Motivated

Experience and knowledge of client base

Compassion and Understanding

Good understanding of the English language and be able to communicate effectively.

Being able to come up with creative solutions to support challenges of our Service Users.

Knowledge and understanding of the needs of clients with Challenging behaviours.

Able to work shift patterns including weekends

Legal Right to Work document in the UK

Please note we are looking for a driver with at least 2 years experience driving in the UK. This is a requirement.

Empathy is just as important as experience as we will provide full training including QCF qualifications and more importantly, on going support with Unique Care Network Limited we will offer an excellent package of pay and be flexible around you. Age is not a limiting factor; we welcome applicants of all ages. A full clear DBS disclosure will be required which we will arrange for you if you don't already have it.
