The Role:

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our food and beverage operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a truly exceptional dining experience. You will provide outstanding service in our restaurant, bar, and events, working to create memorable moments for our guests. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting our team to achieve guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to!):

Provide exemplary customer service by greeting and serving guests with a refined and professional demeanour.
Assist with taking food and beverage orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing any guest requests or concerns promptly.
Ensure that all areas are clean, well-organised, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards to guarantee a safe dining environment.
Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment, especially during peak service hours.
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and work towards resolving any issues to enhance their experience.

Now, who are we looking for?

2 years experience in similar food and beverage role is desirable, preferably in a 4-5 star environment.
Passion for delivering exceptional and memorable customer service and creating outstanding guest experiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
High standards of grooming and presentation.
Food Safety Certification, RSA, and Australian working rights.
