Executive Assistant to the CEO

Are you a proactive and highly organised professional with a passion for supporting executive leadership? Frenchville Sports Club is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to provide exceptional administrative and strategic support to our CEO.

The Role

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. You will work closely with the CEO, senior management, and stakeholders to provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and facilitate effective communication across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Conduct research, compile reports, and provide actionable insights for strategic initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO, staff, and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO and others as requested.
Assist with the preparation of presentations and documents.
Support organisational projects and events as required.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
A positive and professional demeanour, with strong interpersonal skills.
