Where possible we review applications as they come in, so we may start the shortlisting and interview process before the closing date in the ad.
We usually conduct short (approx 15 minutes) phone interviews to help us shortlist. We’ll then invite shortlisted for an interview via Teams or in person. This will often be a panel interview where you meet our HR Coordinator and the line manager of the position. To enable you to prepare we’ll try and provide you with the interview questions in advance.
For some roles, or when we need more information to decide between candidates, there will be a second interview, again via Teams or in person.
