Graduate Academy

The MGI+MORE Graduate Academy is a 40-week program where we connect with other firms across the +MORE network and MGI firms in Australasia and work together to provide specialised training to our grads. The training supports our grads to develop their skills and their confidence in all aspects of accounting and to become strong communicators, great leaders, hardworking team members and critical thinkers.

We keep working on professional development with all our team members. From quarterly 1-on-1’s with your manager, to monthly training sessions across a wide range of topics, you will have access to tools and support to grow your skills and achieve your career goals.

Pathway to Partnership

The Pathway to Partnership Program (PPP) is offered to anyone who meets the PPP selection criteria. PPP focuses on specialisation, leadership development, and networking opportunities. Participants are given the opportunity to select an area of professional specialisation and to be provided with ongoing leadership development and coaching. They also access MGI secondment opportunities, introduction to networks and personal branding, and for high performers, the opportunity for equity.

Health insurance

Eligible employees can join our fully funded group health insurance plan with Southern Cross. Employees can also get discounted premiums if they add family members to their plan. You get medical insurance without the paperwork; our brokers will help you through the sign up process and many pre-existing health conditions are covered. With the cover, our employees enjoy prompt attention from a private provider rather than facing potential delays in the public health system.

We’re happy to assist our permanent team members with their education and professional subscriptions costs. We pay your module fees up front for the CA or CPA Program and also offer study assistance to permanent employees wishing to continue their tertiary education in a relevant subject. We also provide paid study leave.
