ROARR! in Lenwade, Norfolk is the UK’s largest Dinosaur themed adventure park.

At ROARR!, we’re all about creating unforgettable experiences, sparking imagination, and delivering ROARR-some adventures for every guest who visits our park. We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic people to work in some of our most exciting customer service facing departments; Retail and Admissions and Guest Services.

This is your chance to be part of something special. As a key member of our front-line teams, you’ll be the welcoming face of our award-winning park, making every guest feel valued from the moment they arrive.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after visits
Maintaining stock levels and good displays in our ROARR! STORE
Responding to guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Managing bookings and sales for park tickets, events, Annual Passes and group packages
Using different tills across the park with accuracy and efficiency

What we’re looking for:

A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for great customer service
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence using tills and computer systems
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, retail experience is desirable
A keen eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, bank holidays and school holidays
