Link Wentworth is one of the largest and fastest growing community housing providers in Australia, managing approximately 6,400 homes with around 10,000 residents. Using decades of community driven experience, our work engages the full spectrum of housing needs from homelessness services, to social, disability and affordable housing. We also provide support services to help people sustain their tenancies, strengthen their lives and participate fully in their communities. Link Wentworth is Tier 1 approved housing provider under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) and is one of the few housing providers in NSW to provide Specialist Homelessness Service (SHS) for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. With our partners, we are also increasing the supply of social and affordable housing by developing more homes in key areas of Sydney. We wholeheartedly believe that housing is a human right— that a roof above your head provides a person with not just safety but purpose, belonging and dignity.
Our culture is driven by our values: customer focus, compassion, integrity, respect and ambition. Link Wentworth is committed to providing a supportive and rewarding working environment to enrich the lives of our staff. We invest in our employee’s professional development and provide opportunities to learn and grow within our organisation. Above all, we value strong relationships with each other, our residents and with our strategic partners who support us to deliver our services.
Link Wentworth is committed to our people, guided by our values and dedicated to making a positive impact. We foster a supportive, inclusive, and empowering workplace where employees thrive through exceptional wellbeing, learning and reward initiatives.
Our comprehensive benefits include flexible work arrangements, access to counselling, salary packaging options and gym discounts.
