About us

The Mulberry Group is a Melbourne-based hospitality group founded in 2011 by Nathan Toleman. Since then The Mulberry Group has opened venues including Hazel, Dessous, Liminal, Lilac Wine, Heide Kitchen, Square One Coffee Roasters, Molli and Lt. Molli, and our regenerative agricultural farm and charity, Common Ground Project. Across our venues we now have a team of over 190 amazing people, and counting.

About the role

As the Wine Bar FOH reporting to Venue Manager, you will be responsible for:

Providing warm and slick hospitality to our guests
Contributing to the positive culture that we are proud to have
Managing a section of approximately 6 tables
Helping guests navigate our 80-bottle wine list and 10 By the glass offerings.
Being open to cross training with the aim of being able to work a section, the door, the bar and the pass

About you

We are looking for someone with:

A positive and genuine rapport with team members and guests
A solid basic wine knowledge but more importantly a desire to learn
