Tax-Free Benefits to Boost Your Take-Home Pay Icon-01.png

Tax-Free Benefits to Boost Your Take-Home Pay

Salary packaging is the easy way to give yourself a pay rise. You can use some of your salary to pay for everyday expenses before income tax is calculated, meaning you pay less tax and have more money to spend. That’s because your salary packaging money is deducted first and then your tax is calculated on the remaining amount.

 You can salary package:

Up to $15,900 from your salary for everyday purchases including rent, mortgage, groceries etc.

Up to $2,650 from your salary for entertainment purchases including meals, entertainment and holiday accommodation benefits, and

Novated leases.

Flexible Work Arrangements Icon-01.png

Flexible Work Arrangements

We recognise that everyone’s needs and responsibilities outside of work are unique. That’s why we offer a range of flexible options, including full-time, part-time, and casual roles, as well as work-from-home arrangements for eligible positions.

Our goal is to help you balance your professional and personal life in a way that works best for you.

Your Wellbeing Our Priority Icon-01.png

Your Wellbeing, Our Priority

At JewishCare, we prioritise the physical and mental health of our employees, fostering a culture of care and support. Employees and their families have access to confidential, short-term counselling services through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided by an external partner, to address work or personal challenges.

For office-based staff, our workplace culture often revolves around food, with events like the annual cheesecake competition bringing people together.

Team members in direct client service roles also receive annual self-care funding to help them maintain their health, happiness, and overall well-being.

We are committed to creating a positive and supportive environment where every team member feels valued and cared for.

Our commitment to Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) ensures fairness and respect for all, while celebrating the rich diversity of our team and the communities we serve.
