Health and Wellbeing Initiatives & Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Your health and wellbeing matter to us. Employees and their families have access to free, confidential counselling through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), along with a range of health and wellbeing initiatives throughout the year.
Learning & Capability Development
We support our people to build their skills, capabilities and confidence through a range of learning and development opportunities. These include face-to-face and online training, on-the-job development, leadership programs and a voluntary mentoring program open to all employees. Eligible employees may also access financial support towards approved formal qualifications.
Hybrid Working
Where the role allows, full-time employees have the flexibility to work remotely for up to two days each week, with a minimum of three days onsite. Hybrid arrangements are adjusted for part-time working patterns. Our approach is designed to balance flexibility with the value of connecting, collaborating and spending time together onsite.
Paid Parental Leave
Growing your family is an important life moment. Our GS1 Australia-funded paid parental leave is available to eligible primary and secondary carers, providing time and support when it matters most.
Paid Volunteer Leave
We encourage our people to make a positive contribution to the community. Employees receive one day of paid volunteer leave each year, which can be used to take part in organised team or onsite volunteering activities, or to support a cause that’s meaningful to them in their own community.
17.5% Annual Leave Loading
All employees receive 17.5% annual leave loading, paid as a lump sum at Christmas each year. It’s an additional payment designed to provide a little extra at a time of year when it can be especially welcome.
Paid Corporate Day off at Christmas
To mark the festive season, all employees receive an additional paid corporate day off before Christmas, giving everyone some extra time to relax and recharge.
