It’s an incredibly important time when there’s a new addition to the family. That’s why we provide 4 weeks paid parental leave for our primary caregivers and 2 weeks paid parental leave for our secondary caregivers. The leave can be taken as a single continuous period, flexibly, or a combination of both, and is in addition any unpaid leave provided under the Fairwork National Employment Standards, and any Government Funded Paid Parental Leave that an employee may be qualified for.
The purpose of this program is to encourage and reward employees for referring qualified candidates to join C&I. Employees who refer a candidate that is successfully hired and completes a probationary period of six months will receive a referral bonus of $1,000.
