Summary:

The IT Manager is responsible for managing an organization's technology infrastructure and ensuring the reliability, stability, and security of its information technology platform. This role requires a hands-on approach to technology, strategic planning, and a focus on business processes.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operations, backup and maintenance of all IT Infrastructure and operations.
Plan and manage IT budget and projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Manage in-house IT team and vendors to provide quality support for all business units.
Establish & review IT policies and procedures including risks, cybersecurity and data protection.
Assist in IT solutions and applications for business enhancement and development purposes.
Conduct end user training when required.
Manage procurement requests for IT equipment and services and oversee IT asset management.
Continually review company's Digital Transformation roadmap in accordance with the evolving technology landscape and assist business units on feasibility study and solution evaluation.

Qualifications:

A diploma/degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
3 - 5 years’ working experience in IT infrastructure operations end user support
Good communication, verbal, written and presentation skills
Experience in AWS, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC and TimeSoft is preferred
