ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a rare opportunity for a career paraplanner passionate about strategy, compliance, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. You will work closely with our financial advisers in Australia and Dubai, contributing to a highly collaborative, multi-jurisdictional team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Creating high-quality SOA and ROA documents that align with strategic financial advice.

• Assisting in strategy development and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.

• Building strong client relationships as a key liaison in their financial journey.

• Ensuring compliance excellence, maintaining gold-standard documentation and adherence.

• Collaborating internally with our advisers and management and externally with key partners to facilitate smooth operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 4 years of paraplanning experience.

• Strong technical expertise in financial planning, strategy, and compliance.

• Experience with Midwinter (AdviceOS), Worksorted, and Office365 (preferred but not essential).

• A detail-oriented, personable, and proactive professional who thrives in a team setting.
