“When I joined the business we were already using Employment Hero. So I thought, okay are we utilising everything they have to offer? I quickly realised that we weren’t so I decided to change that.”

“I asked Employment Hero to take us through the full reporting and review process and I was really impressed by how easy and quick it was to implement. We’ve now transitioned all of our reviews onto the platform. It’s saved me loads of time and the reviews look really professional.”

Anna made a list of the key reports and reviews she runs on a frequent basis and our team worked with her to create editable templates for her – at no extra cost. “We looked at some other platforms, and none of them (apart from Employment Hero) allowed us to attach a document to a review. It sounds so simple, but this has been an absolute life saver because the team can now analyse reviews and reports together side by side.”

“I really love some of the engagement features you have, like shout outs. It doesn’t cost us any more money, but that positive recognition can make someone’s day. It could turn an average day into a great one. The snowball effect that may have on our team’s motivation and drive is really exciting.”
