At Capital Enterprise, we are dedicated to accelerating the UK tech startup ecosystem by leveraging our network of member organisations (including leading investors, universities, local authorities, accelerators, incubators, and enterprise agencies) in support of entrepreneurship. We bring together our network of members and partner organisations to deliver game-changing entrepreneur support programmes, working to make the UK the best place in the world to start a business – especially for founders from underrepresented groups.
We are a small, fast-moving nonprofit that intersects with the worlds of startups, entrepreneur support, and tech policy.
When you join Capital Enterprise, you’ll become part of a tight-knit team that has an outsized impact on the UK startup ecosystem.
We are strong believers in the power of remote. We are a nationally distributed remote-first organisation, and most roles within Capital Enterprise can be done from a wide range of locations around the UK.
As much as we like remote, there are times when nothing beats coming together in person. To support this, the entire company gathers in a single location at least once per quarter.
We want our employees to have the equipment and training they need to work effectively and support this with dedicated training and home working allowances.
We provide all employees with access to a comprehensive programme of employee assistance including counseling and legal advice through Health Assured.
Full-time employees receive 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 5 days sick leave per episode, and enhanced family leave.
As a nationally distributed remote-first organisation, we believe in working flexibly and can accommodate a number of arrangements to suit your needs.
