Employment Hero has an extensive business community – from small-to-medium businesses (SMEs), to larger corporations and outsourcing partners across various industries and specialties. We’ve got over 750 global partners (our Partner Network), each of whom are trailblazers in their own way. Whether they’re consultants, outsourced providers, advisors (or other!), our partners make up a core component of Employment Hero’s mission in providing value to their clients and end-users.
We’ve got bold, ambitious goals to shake up the HR, payroll and recruitment landscape. What better way to ensure we’re putting people first in our mission, than to form a group of trusted industry professionals and leaders to advise and contribute to shaping the future of employment alongside Employment Hero?
Who are our Partner Network Leaders?
That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our inaugural advisory group of 12 esteemed members. Representing a diverse range of industries and roles across Australia and New Zealand, our Partner Network Leaders (PNL) are the champions of change. Their role is to help shape Employment Hero’s partner evolution and – more broadly – the future of our strategy.
Meet the PNLs
We sourced impressive industry leaders from our current customer and partner base and the wider industry to invite them to sit on our advisory board for 12 consecutive months – from May 2024 onwards.
Please join us in welcoming our 12 inaugural PNLs:
- Will Allan, Founder & Director at Hello Monday
- Irene Bennetts, Founder & CEO at Admin Army
- Tyler Caskey, Partner at The Bean Counters
- Matt Crowe, Head of Strategic Business at Wiise
- Martin Frappell, Head of Sales at PayCat
- Nunzio Giunta, Managing Partner at Giuntabell

The group has already met virtually, with their first in-person meeting kicking off at the end of May in Sydney where they’ll begin to discuss the current and future vision, evolution and strategic direction for both the product and the Employment Hero community. After that, the group will continue to meet regularly virtually and in person to continue the momentum.
Paving the way to solving employment
Employment Hero’s Partner Network Leaders bring together industry leaders to collaborate and shape the Employment Hero partner channel, by championing the voice of our Partner Network, collaborating with us to address industry challenges, and utilising collective expertise to drive strategic innovation at every turn.
Ben Thompson, CEO of Employment Hero, is delighted to have the Partner Network Leaders onboard:
“This is an exciting time for partners of Employment Hero. We’re dedicated to making employment easier and more valuable for everyone and our future-focused partners will provide invaluable feedback as we deliver on this for their customers. Watch this space – I’m excited for what we will achieve together!”
This sentiment is echoed by one of our newest Partner Network Leaders, Tommy Sim from Inject HR, who’s been a long-standing partner of Employment Hero’s across the payroll platform:
“We have been using the platform for many years now and would like to make the most of working with Employment Hero. I hope to be able to contribute insight from my experience working closely with SMBs in Australia and New Zealand over the last 11 years, as well as our experience with the platform over the past 6 years.”
We’re so excited to have our Partner Network Leaders live and in action, and are looking forward to working together to advise, strategise and solve employment for everyone.
