About the Promotion

1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero, we, or us).
2.     New Zealand businesses that are not existing customers of Employment Hero who schedule and attend a demo of the Employment Hero platform before 5:00 pm 30 April 2025 will receive a NZD $100 Gift Pay eGift Card or your local equivalent described in the table below (Promotion).
3. This promotion will begin on 20 March 2025 – 5:00pm, 30 April 2025 (Promotion Period).

Who can enter?

4. The Promotion is open to all New Zealand businesses who are not existing customers of Employment Hero.

How to enter and qualify for the Promotion?

5. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
   • a. be a business registered in New Zealand;
   • b. be a business with 10 or more employees;
   • c. not have attended a demonstration for any Employment Hero product or service in the past 3 months; and
   • d. not have been an Employment Hero customer within the past 12 months (for the avoidance of doubt, existing customers, and their existing or new entities including related bodies corporates or subsidiaries are not eligible for this Promotion).

How to enter?

6. To enter this Promotion, you must:
   • a. Submit the online registration form. A link to this form will be provided to you via email; and
   • b. Attend (in full) your scheduled demo by the end of the Promotion Period.
7. Submissions will be assessed with an initial 15-minute phone call to determine eligibility for the demo. Only once qualified by an Employment Hero representative will the entry be considered eligible. Once eligibility is confirmed, a demo of the Employment Hero platform will be scheduled.
8. You may also be entered into the Promotion at the discretion of an Employment Hero representative.

When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?

9. An eGift Card equivalent to the value of $100 NZD and instructions for activation will be emailed directly to the email address provided in the submission. Gift Cards will be sent via email by 31 May 2025.

11. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.

General Terms

13. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
14. We reserve the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.
15. Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
16. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
17. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
