About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
2. All SEHATi corporate users who are new-to-Employment Hero are eligible for 3 months off the Plus and Unlimited packages.
(each, and collectively, the “Promotion”).
3. The Promotion will begin on 1 November 2024 and conclude at 11:59pm on 31 April 2025 (Promotion Period).
How to qualify for the Promotion?
4. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- not be a current Employment Hero customer;
- be a new customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero customer in the last 12 months)];
- subscribe to the relevant Employment Hero Plus and Unlimited packages (as identified in the Promotion) for a minimum 12-month term]; and
- be a registered business in Malaysia

When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
6. You will be eligible to redeem your discount by meeting all the qualifying criteria under these terms and conditions. Your discounted pricing will apply from the date of signing the customer agreement for a 12-month term.
Restrictions
7. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.
Other Terms and Conditions that apply
8. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
9. Customers receiving Implementations services in connection with any products or services will be subject to the relevant Implementations Terms and Conditions.
10. Any personal data provided by an individual when participating in this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms
11. Minimum subscription costs, usage charges, and implementation fees may apply. (See pricing page for more detail on minimum subscription costs).
12. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
13. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
14. Laws may apply to an Eligible Participant or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
15. If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
16. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
