Leeds United and Leeds small businesses: the real heroes of the city. Meet them in “All heroes, aren’t we?”, a film from Employment Hero.
Don Revie believed the team was never just the eleven on the pitch. It was the kit ladies, the groundsmen, the people who made the tea. That belief built one of the great English club sides, and it is how small businesses work too. Every role matters, teamwork is everything, and success depends on people pulling together. Different jobs, same team.
In this film, Leeds United legends and current players step off the pitch and into the businesses that keep Leeds running, including Bank Top Garage, The Old Peacock, M and D Flowers and Johnson’s of Wetherby. This time the small businesses are the heroes and the footballers are the supporting cast.
