  1. Employers must create their new account via the sign up page on our website and use the code ‘EMPOWER’
  2. To access Platinum Subscription you must “Go Live” within 14 days of creating your account. To “Go Live” you will have imported your employees’ details, turned off setup mode and employees have received their welcome emails.
  3. If you don’t “Go Live” within 14 days, your Subscription may be moved to a Free Subscription plan as set out on our pricing page.
