Assisted Implementation has a $500 AUD upfront cost, which is refundable as Hero Dollars if you go live within 30 days of signing this agreement.
500 Hero Dollars will be credited to your Employment Hero Recognition account. Once awarded, these can be spent in our Hero Shop eg. Benefits shop for a range of goods such as vouchers for Coles, Woolworths, Event Cinemas, JB HiFi, etc.
What the service includes:
30 Minute kick off call booked with Customer Success for a warm introduction – recap of your business requirements
Log in together to Employment Hero to confirm access & introduce to platform
Training on Template Management tool for built in Contracts & Policies
Schedule weekly 30 minute calls and confirm tasks to be completed each week (Up to 4 of these weekly meetings only)
Weekly calls will be the perfect opportunity to clarify any questions you have come across whilst setting up. Your Customer Success Manager will check over what’s been completed and guide you through next steps to setup, introducing you to new modules teaching you how to set these up & how they will work in practice.
