Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated All Rounder (Reception & Housekeeping) to support our operations team. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in both customer service and maintaining high presentation standards.

About the Role

As an All Rounder, you’ll play a key role across both reception and housekeeping, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and comfortable stay from arrival through to departure. You’ll be responsible for front office operations including bookings, check-ins, and guest enquiries, while also supporting the presentation and cleanliness of cabins, amenities, and shared facilities.

Working closely with the Park Manager, you’ll contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the park by maintaining high customer service standards, supporting team operations, and ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and well presented at all times.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing bookings, guest arrivals and departures, and reception enquiries
  • Delivering friendly, professional customer service to all guests
  • Cleaning cabins, amenities, and shared facilities to a high standard
  • Supporting laundry, linen, and housekeeping stock control
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate booking and financial records
  • Communicating with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming park environment

What We’re Looking for

You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, housekeeping, or a similar role (1-2+ years preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Confidence using booking systems and basic computer programs
  • Physical ability to carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
