We’re looking for an experienced leader and operational manager to take ownership of one of the most important operational areas of our business.
This is a unique leadership opportunity overseeing the teams responsible for vehicle preparation, reconditioning, grooming and vehicle logistics. Every vehicle sold by Brendan Foot Supersite passes through this operation before reaching our customers, making this a critical role with a direct impact on customer satisfaction, vehicle turnaround times, stock flow, cash flow and overall business performance.

About the Role
Leading a team of approximately 28 staff across our Vehicle Logistics and Preparation operation, you’ll be responsible for:
• Leading and developing our Pre-Delivery, Reconditioning, Grooming and Vehicle Operations teams
• Managing workflow, scheduling and vehicle throughput
• Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitoring productivity, quality, turnaround times and departmental performance
• Working closely with Vehicle Sales teams to ensure seamless vehicle preparation and vehicle delivery
• Developing and reporting on key operational and financial performance measures
• Identifying opportunities to improve stock flow, reduce bottlenecks and maximise efficiency
• Building a culture of accountability, teamwork and customer focus
About You
We’re looking for a strong people leader who enjoys improving processes, developing teams and delivering results.
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Demonstrated experience leading operational teams and managing workflow, productivity and performance
• Strong operational and organisational skills
• The ability to analyse data and drive performance improvements
• Experience using KPIs, reporting and data to improve operational outcomes
• A commercial mindset and understanding of business performance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience implementing process improvements and driving accountability
Automotive industry experience would be advantageous; however, we are equally interested in candidates who have successfully led operational teams in industries such as logistics, transport, manufacturing, warehousing, fleet management or other fast-paced operational environments. What is important is your ability to lead teams, manage operational workflows, drive accountability, improve processes and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
